Charlene’s journey began with a passion for helping others navigate business and administrative challenges. A graduate of Montclair State University, Charlene holds a B.A. in Sociology and an M.A. in Child Advocacy and Policy. Committed to continuous growth, she is currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Services Counseling with a specialization in Addictions & Recovery and a Certification in Pastoral Counseling at Liberty University.
