With over 35 years of experience in Information Technology and Business Management, Charlene is a dynamic leader known for organizational excellence, business process optimization, corporate communications, and strategic growth initiatives. Her expertise extends to entrepreneurship, real estate management, and high-level consulting, making her a trusted advisor to executives, business owners, and creatives alike.

Our journey began with her passion for helping others navigate business and administrative challenges. From drafting essential business documents to managing real estate transactions and optimizing workflows, her natural ability to simplify complexities and drive results led to the establishment of Opulent Management Services.

Academic Distinction

A graduate of Montclair State University, Charlene holds a B.A. in Sociology and an M.A. in Child Advocacy and Policy, currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University.
